what can i do to prepare myself a day before the test?

im 13 in the 8th grade studided for about 3 weeks and im so NERVOUS anything i can study from and get some knowledge out from........ Also how can i releive myself from this stress im so nervous i dont think ill be able to sleeep! If i dont pass this test i am going to be so mad at myself and never forgive myself
