A few weeks ago I hurt my knee (we are guessing a sprain) during ballet. I'm a very avid dancer, and since the hurt knee I have found it almost impossible to sit still. I'm stretching like every extra second, and I'm able to attend a few of my classes but not all of them. I'm forced to wear a brace while dancing though so the movement of my knee is a bit restricted while I dance. While I wait for my knee to get better is there anything other then stretching that I can do to help me improve on dance? I'm finding it almost impossible to not dance, I'm even shopping for dance stuff just to make sure I don't go crazy!!! haha. Thanks everyone!
