My son cannot get his freestyle BMX bike to stop in adequate time. No matter how hard you press on the brake levers, he or I cannot get the bike to stop. I have used sandpaper on the alloy rims and changed the brake pads. Does anyone have any other ideas on what I can do to improve the braking? Are there any quality brake pads for my bike?
