what can i do to get ready for dance?

in 2 weeks or less im going to be starting dance.
hip hop.

&& i havent been eating that healthy.
[[oops]]

are there any excersizes. or jogging [how long or how far a day]
that could help me get ready && in a lil better shape for dance?

or any eating plan? [for each meal]

just try to stretch whenever u can. like when ur watching tv, sit in front of it and stretch so ur not taking out extra time front ur day. and try to eat a little healthier like a banana or something for snack. also, if u wanna jog, jog for like 25 mins a day but start out at like 10 mins then 15 then 20 then 25 so ur body is use to it!

(i kno all of this stuff because ive been dancing for 11 yrs and this helped me!)
