What can I do to get proof of income from my sons father?

Wait 30 days. If he still didn't send you the documents you want, you can get a lawyer to pull the documents you need for your situation. That's what I suggest. Just call a Lawyer and explain your situation. Hopefully an attorney can help you with that.
I wish you the best of luck! =]

I sent a certified letter to my sons father requesting he send proof of income for the year 2009 directly to me per our child support court order. It's now been 22 days since he received the letter and I got the slip with his signature on it. He still has not responded with the documents I requested. Is there a statute if limitation on getting this information from him since the date he received the certified letter.

A little background on the situation is the child support office in Arkansas told me that I could not get his proof of income for 3 years but, in my child support court order it clearly states I can request his earnings every year. I told the child support office about this being in the court order and they then told me that I needed to request the information myself. Now that I have requested the information the child support office is now telling me they are going to take care of getting the proof from his employer and it will take 4 weeks for them to do this. One thing I am worried about is that he knows people who work in the DHS office who really do not want me going after him for child support. This is why I need to know is there anything I can do and, is there a statute of limitations of the certified letter that I sent him. Thanks to anyone who can help me with this.

VON.
