What can I do to get my betta fish to eat?

I got a betta fish two days ago and the food says to feed him 3-4 pellets twice daily. So I feed him in the morning and at night but he'll only eat one in the morning and none at night. Could this be a problem? How can I make him feel more comfortable?
 
bettas can be picky some wont eat pellets some wont eat flakes i would try bloodworms mine wouldnt eat pellets or flakes either good luck let me know if it works if not i can try to give u more ideas
