been parked for a year and wen i started to run it the check engine light came on so i took it to get new inspection but it failed emissions so i put all new parts in it such as a new egr valve and gasket, new head gasket, new downstream o2 sensor and upstream. and the check engine light still comes on in the car i need to be able to pass the emissions test.
