I was in a car accident 3 years ago, The other person's insurance paid to repair my car. Anyways, I have taken my car back 3 times to the same auto shop, to get it repainted,because the paint keeps on peeling, and it looks like someone scratches it, I was told it's because the paint was contaminated. Anyways At the shop I was told I had 5 year warranty, I called the owner (of the shop)to have it re-painted for the 4th time because my car is 2 colors, The front two doors don't match the back ones, I guess they didn't match the color right. ( I wasn't going to take it back but my family kept telling me if it has waranty I should) But now, they don't want to fix it, and said it doesn't cover that? What should i do? Can i take him to court?
