...change and it still heats up.? the thing I have noticed is that there is steam coming from the radiator cap when closed and the dual fans won't turn on, any suggestions?
could be the thermostat is stuck closed, and the water is boiling and causing steam.
the fan aren't turning on because of a fuse, relay or switch/sensor.
you could also have a huge air pocket in the system, which could explain why the fans aren't activating.
