i lose weight, then gain it back right when my period is about to start. my head thinks different, and i feel uncaring and grouchy-uncontrollably. i dont know how to not change, my mind and body just do. how can i fight the demon who keeps sabotaging my diet (my period is the demon lol) ? any women got any tips? it could ruin my future career cuz i cant maintain my weight
