i work at a small carry out/restaurant. everyone who works there is paid under the table, my boss is the type to yell at the customers if hes mad.. he dont care if he loses money... well he "picks on me " i get yelled at for smoking ..ON MY SMOKE BREAK ! im suppose to mop and do the dinning room at 10 pm.. well it was 9:55 and he cussed me out !! fu*k, this, and that, and hes told me im a fuc*ing child .. infromt of everyone.. even the other employees are like, dont listen to him.. every day i get yelled an cussed out !! i know i need another job. but cant i sue him for deflamtion of charcter of something.. the verbal abuse is bad, i come home and cry.. im looking for another job now, but no luck.. what can i do ??
what can i do legally ? plz help. awful boss?
