What can I do if the car title still has both our names after divorce?

The car wasn't addressed in the divorce but she drives it now. She had the car transferred from Hawaii to now Texas in 2005. She still has Hawaii plates and expired tags. Probably driving around without insurance and has yet to get pulled over. The title is still in both of our names but in my possession. My son is in there half the time. I don't want to be responsible financially if something were to happen but also I want my son protected. What can I do?
Neither of us have lawyers now and everything legal in Texas is backwards. I don't want my son to be part of this.

You need to transfer ownership to your ex ... then it will be her car and her problem . Talk to an attorney . This should have been done before the divorce .
