My ex and i have a standard COURT ORDER and he is threatening to keep my son from me during my time of possession with my son due to him accusing me of being "untrustworthy" smh. He is mad at me for moving on and being with someone else and he's taking it out on me with my son. If he does what he's threatening to do. It is against our signed court ordered agreement to do Joint Managing Conservetorship so what can i do for him breaking that agreement?
