6 months so far.? I've been waiting over 6 months for new catalytic converters that are still covered under the original factory warranty on my truck. They keep getting pushed back on the expected shipping date. I'm tired of this game with Ford. Driving with messed up converters has likely already started putting holes in my engine cylinders. I'm tired of paying every month for a broken vehicle. Is there anything I can do legally for their failure over such a long period of time to repair my vehicle
What are my options? They're basically saying there's no one to make the parts but it's still under the original factory warranty of 4 years 800000 miles. It's a 2004 F-150 FX 4 and I initial brought it in around November of 2008 at the dealership when they diagnosed this probleml.
