It is a civil engineering firm where I had an informal conversation with one of the recruiters at a career fair at my college and they said they don't hire reservists and ex-military people because they don't like military people. I don't think they knew I was an Army Reservist when they said that to me. What I found interesting is that they get almost all their work from military projects and federal projects.
What can I do if a company says they don't hire former military people and reservists?
