My cat is almost three years old. Last year we had let her outside..not good idea. And she loves it its now -3t0 here in Mn and she's not a fan.lol. Im having a baby in July so we are moving and where we are going i wouldnt even want her out doors. How can I make the indoors suitable again for her? What can i buy her?I know she will b mad for the fact we are moving but shes going to hate me for keeping her locked up?HELP

What can I do for my cat that loves the outdoors?

I think it's great that you want to accommodate your cat's craving for the great outdoors. AND that you want to approach it in a safe way, rather than just opening the door and throwing them to the wolves like so many people do (and then they wonder why their cat's missing or they're nursing it back to health after it was attacked or hit by a car).
My cats love it outdoors (the sights, the sounds, the smells!) but I know how dangerous it can be. They are not allowed to wander free, but we do have a deck on the second story of the house that they can hang out on. We're in Chicago and they are SO ready for spring.
There are a number of really cool products online that enable cats to be safe outside. Some are tunnel-like contraptions that cats can wander in; some attach to a window so all you have to do is open the window and they're semi-free to roam. A number of companies make some 'gazebo-like' enclosures (think large bird cage), like a screened-in porch. Cats can enjoy all the great aspects of the outdoors while protected from coyotes and other predators. These enclosures aren't cheap, but they don't seem to be ridiculously over-priced either. I think you can also purchase just the plans for them and maybe your husband and a handy friend can build one. A friend of mine has a screened-in porch that runs along one side of her house and is accessible through a window for her 6 cats. Try searching keywords like 'cat enclosure,' or 'outdoor cat cage.'
Keep in mind that your cat is in for 2 hugely stressful events this year: moving and a new baby. Try to keep things routine and as much the same as possible for her and make sure she gets lots of attention and TLC.

Give her alot of attention and talk to her alot so she knows everything is going to be okay. Let her look out the windows. Get her some cat toys,scratch post. Maybe if it would work out you could get her a window bed, my cat's love there's. I don't think she will be too mad at you as long as she is with you she will know everything will be okay.
