avoid oilbased creams. You can try organic products - since they are all natural, they tend to get rid of the oils minus the harsh side effects. If you're looking for OTC meRAB, you can try Epiduro Acne Gel.
I am 36 and have oily skin especially in the face eversince i was an adolescent. I do not eat fried fooRAB because i am afraid the oil in the food might aggravate it. I use mineral foundation and it helps but it does not get rid of the oil. the reason I think is that the oil glanRAB in my skin is so active in producing oil. My dermatologist advice me to use light moisturizer.Do not be depressed with your oily skin because some specialists claim that having oily skin helps minimize ugly wrinkles when one gets old....fair enough
My son has oily skin, as he is a teenager, but he really likes using clay based facial mud masks. They leave his skin really nice, and fight blemishes.
AHHH I too have been battling oily skin for years and it seems to be getting worse in my twenties. Some things I found that help are primers designed for oily skin. Neo Strata has 2 good ones. Cornsilk loose powder. An oil free moisturizer. I love Hydroderm oil free intense cream. I also got retin a from my derm and duac gel which you can use on alternate nights to help control day oil. Facials regularly can help. Also I wash with Glycolic cleanser from neo strata which helps. They say some supplemnts (vitamins; nothing crazy) can help, just google it. And if I think of more tips I re-post. Hope some of these help
