license? My fiancee and I were in a car accident we were in the middle lane the lady that hit us was on the right lane but she was just standing there so we passed her up and i don't know what she was trying to do it looked like a u turn in the middle of the street so she hit the rear passengers side making us go to the far left we got a lawyer the lady had no insurance no license (texas state) shes an immigrant my fiancee has a license and liability so were stuck what can we do?!?! Our car is already repaired in the shop waiting for us to pay 4 thousand dollars and the lawyer cant do anything becaus the lady has no insurance and no license and we can not find her the number she gave us is incorrect or disconnected what can we do we might loose our car. Can we take her to court, can i fire the lawyer and consult with a better one, or can i just call the police so they can look for her?
