When i found out that i was pregnant, i notified my sgt at drills first thing. he told me that i can decide what i want to do, either be discharged or stay in. I never signed any discharge papers and haven't had my counselling by him yet, but i've been cancelled out of everything. my g-rap wont even let me log in, and when my husband pulls his up (he's been discharged completely and has his papers) he has no problem getting in and it says that my contract was cancelled on feb 6...the day i told him i was pregnant. so i was cancelled out of everything and never got a choice like i was supposed to. i know thats against the law, but what can i do about it?
what can i do about the military kicking me out?
