What can I do about T-Mobile?

I got a Vivas phone a few months ago from T-Mobile & it kept breaking, so the first time it broke I took the charger & phone in & they put a new battery in it, the 2nd time I took the same things & they told me it wouldn't be the charger, they did the same. I took my phone back 2 more times & the last time they checked the charger & it was infact the charger that was broken so they replaced that & they said they would refund us for the time that I hadn't had my phone. Its been 2 months since they said they would refund me & nothing has happened. Then heres another fun thing... the man who sold me the phone said that for £35 I have an unlimited amount of texts & unlimited access to the internet for no extra charge. I would only be charged if I downloaded over 1MB of data. The bill comes & they charged me an extra £70 for texts & internet usage. What can I do about this?
