My sleeping pattern has got worse lately and I can`t even keep up with it. I used to work in a nightclub for over a year so was being used to sleeping about 6/7am and getting up about 3/4pm maybe later..which in turn ruined my normal sleeping pattern. But since then it has got even worse, passed couple of weeks I have been falling asleep about 5/6pm and waking up about 2am ish and being wide awake and being tired in the day again, it feels like a vicious circle. I am tired all the time as I deal with depression but Ive been taking medication for that for many years. Don`t know what I can do? Its ruining my social life.
