What can I do about my lawyer? She never return my calls..I was in a car accident hit by a drunk driver. Still workin on case. Its been 3 years. I only talked to her on phone few times. She is horrible. At first she didn't even know I had a scar from accident it took her a year to figure that out. Then she said cut ur hair short so we can take pic of scar. Then I did. Now im leavin for Army basic training soon n the case still hasn't been solve. She also said sum bs like since I was in the accident when I was 16 (im 18 now) that my mom has to accept the money not up to me. She said I have to be at least 21...y 21? Im 18 now I ws in the accident when I was 16? Also at first she made so many mistake my mom lost money she had to complain to lawyer for her to fix it. I don't wanna wait till its too late to get money for pain in suffering from car accident. Its almost been 3 years. Can it be to late. My lawyer said she give me a call but nver did. I keep callin but never picks up. What can I do?
