replace? Hi all,

I live in Birmingham UK and I have a 1998 Burgandy Red S Reg Ford Fiesta.

I have to park on the road outside my house as there no off road parking and unfortunately it is one of those roads where when 2 cars have to pass each other they think they can squeeze through but generally they can't!

As a result I have a couple of lovely big dents and scratches that run the whole length of my drivers side of the car...

I want to try to get this sorted out as I have to use my car for work as well and its looking very unprofessional at the moment!
I don't know where to start though...obviously I could get it beaten out & repainted but is it worth it on a car this old? I was thinking of contacting a scrap yard to see if I could just get replacements to go on but then who do I contact to get them put on? Can regular mechanics like Kwik Fit do this? Will it work out cheaper to repair or replace??

Any advice anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks :D
Thanks Boat Man. Im not much of a DIY-er though & dread to think what state it would end up in if I tried!!
I was thinking of taking it to a body repair place but being a young female I don't want to go without knowledge of how much something like that might cost cause most places will play of the fact I obvoiusly haven't got a clue!
I know its hard to estimate without seeing the car but roughly what sort of figure do you think I would be looking at?

I would just get a new car. That car is not worth the money it would take to fix it.

Get a dent puller at the auto store, you drill a small hole in the center of the dent, then slam the weight of the tool towards you,it'll pull it right out. Then just fill the small hole and shoot it with a paint that's close to the color of the vehicle.I used to own my own auto body shop.
