What can I do about critical mass bike riders?

There is the group of bike riders called critical mass and recently for a second time they were in my town.

The problem is that they run in the thousands and as such they have caused a number of problems. They have caused accidents and they scared the hell out of my young son.

How can I have them maintain their rights and yet have my rights as well?

They do engage in many illegal activities. For example, they are constantly blowing through stop lights and stop signs. They also block the road for cars. The law says SHARE the road not take over it.

What can be done about this? Don't they need a special permit to do this?
 
If you live in a big city they probably have enough manpower for instance in Atlanta if they need help they call DeKalb,Cobb, and so on if you live in a smaller town they could probably get help from the feds go to your P.D. or S.O. and file a report.
