What can I cook with these ingredients?

I have, in abundance, All of these ingredients to work with. I love cooking challenges, so not just asking for easy recipes:)
LOTS of fresh eggs
smoked salmon
condiments (mayo, mustard, sour cream and cream cheese)
sharp cheddar cheese
butter
fresh pork ribs, pork filet mingon, bacon
lima beans
angel hair pasta
pesto sauce and marinara sauce
spices.
NOT LIMITED To just this, feel free to add your own stuff... thanks!
