What can I cook for my boyfriend?

Something easy because I'm quite young. He doesn't want to buy himself lunch because he's saving up for my birthday present (I try to tell him to stop but he's so stubborn ^_^).

I want to give him something cute and easy. Something that says, "I love you and Thank You For Everything."
