...lactose intolerant? My family has many health problems. 1 is Lactose intolerant, 1 has Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and 1 has Diabetes type 2 but is allergic to wheat"s, grains, and stuff like hot dogs. What can I cook that will meet the needs of all of them in 1 meal?
