The weight just hasn't been coming off. I went from not exercising and over eating (unhealthy foods) to this:
I burn 200 calories on my exercise bike every day.
For breakfast I have 3 turkey sausages and some liquid eggs.
2 hours later I have a large orange.
2 hours later I have a fairly big salad with meat on it (currently its imitation crab). I also have a greek yogurt with 2 tbs of flax seed mixed in.
2 hours later I have 1 large apple with a teaspoon of peanut butter.
2 hours later I have whatever is made for dinner (I don't control that). Last night I had a chicken Fajita tonight I had chicken alfredo with veggies.
Would it make a huge difference if I started making my own dinner. If so what should I make. A list of dinners please? I try do crunches and lift weights. Tips on that please? Do you see any weak areas in my diet. I have been eating this way for 4 months. I've lost about 15 pounds if that.
