What can I be charged with?

Alright about a week ago we had a party and the cops showed up at our appt but we did not answer the door, they eventually went away and we had everyone leave. This evening they called me up saying there was a ticket in my name at the station and I had to come down there to get them. I mean what could they possibly ticket me for besides noise? they didnt see anyone leaving my appt under the influence or anything,
