Basically I want to find out if I could use a midi floor controller to play something like keyboard chords or arpeggitated effects whilst i play guitar. People say you can assign the controllers to anything and Ive see hand controllers do it, but all the floor ones are designed for guitar presets which i don't need. Apart from the floor keyboards that cost loads Im wondering if say a floor controller with buttons can just play loops or something, and I don't want to buy them and find out they don't work.
What can i assign a MIDI floor controller to do?
