i need to build muscle. right now i'm in between skinny and average. i was told by doctors i have great muscle tone. so perhaps i should work them out.
i don't want to get completely ripped though. i want more like a boxer fit look. ripped but not extremely ripped.
i don't want to join any gyms though. so if you got any tips and techniques that work would be great. i also need ways that won't cost me a long time per work out.
i don't want to do any those plans through mail either. those cost to much. i have plans. build myself, get a job, buy a house after all the saving up. find a woman to marry and have children and keep them happy and fed.
i been goofing off long enough. its time to do things and stop avoiding them. i claim to be independent. but how independent can i be if i don't go for the rest?
i know it won't change over night. but the first morning is the beginning. and to me the first start is a good start.
