I have trouble daily remembering if something happened today or yesterday or days before. Like lets say someone made a funny joke at work, later on that night I would feel like they told me it a long time ago liek days or weeks ago and ask if they remember that joke and they'll be like yeah i just said it. Or I will watch a movie or play a game and later on watch it again or play again thinking I haven't in a long while. Its as if i cant decipher long and short term memories.
What can cause such forgetfulness that you can't tell what happened yesterday or today?
