What can be done with my Alltel phone?

I had this same problem... I just got it all resolved today...I suggest you call alltel they will send you a free scoop...I have had 6 in the past two years all free...Sometimes they will give you a banter beacause they now longer make the scoops..because they always break...witch in that case you are lucky..my contract just got up and I bought a new phone..because the Scoop is horrible..I wisyh you luck owning that phone.

My LG Scoop has been having problems, like freezing up, buttons not working, turning on and off on it's own, and the backlight turns off while I'm typing, etc. Does anyone know if it would be possible for Verizon to give me another phone to replace mine without having to get another 2 year contract. I'm in the 9th month of the contract with Alltel now, if that means anything.
