What can be done to hold a seller responsible for tampering with a professional...

...radon test in Indiana? I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana and am looking to buy a home. I had the home I have made an offer on tested for radon and the test came back at 4.7, which is above the EPA guideline of 4 so I requested that the seller install a radon mitigation system before I purchase.

Through the realtor (Charles Lents of Re/Max realty) I'm told the seller declared that he would conduct his own radon test with the crawlspace vents open to determine if this is needed. I've told the realtor that such a test is not valid, a radon test should be conducted on a home with closed vents to simulate winter conditions when radon is most problematic. The realtor told me that the test was being conducted yesterday through this Saturday. I stopped by to see if the vents were open... not only were they open but FANS were put into the openings blowing air out. I documented the blowing with a digital camera video of a napkin blowing in the wind from the vents with the clear audio of the fans and have 2 witnesses to this fact.

So now that I have proof that the seller and possibly the real estate agent are going so far out of their way to lie and cheat me I won't be buying the house... but frankly I'm mad! Is there any way to catch these two in their web of bulls**t and either get my inspection money back, get them in trouble, or get some measure of justice? Payback would be an acceptable substitute for justice.
