what can a 16 year old take for energy at the gym for an hour and 20 min workout?

ineed something with NO SUGAR AND NO FAT AND NO CALORIES if its like 5 cal then its ok. iheard that protien shakes give u alot of energy and u just keep on going at the gym. pls name some of the drinks. ps i run on a treadmill
