what can a 12 year old girl do to save the enviroment?

im 12 years old and i love saving animals and the enviroment. and i want to sign up for somhing or do somthing really major to help save an endangered species any ideas??
 
start by researching endangered species: learn about the habitats, and the amounts of food and water consumed in a day.
Then ask your parents if you can make a habitat for one or more animals in your backyard.

Go to your local park: clean, plant gardens all around it. make habitats

Start a fundraiser to donate to the Wildlife Preserve, or money to be used in creating a habitat for animals at the local park.

make:
bird houses
a pond at the park (get permission from the neighborhood 1st)

pick up trash when you see it (you may be able to use it to make the habitat
Examples:
Beer bottles and a tray ( glue the tray to the bottom of the bottle and have an adult cut holes along the bottom) you get a bird feeder
