I have COX internet right now. There cable runs in the master bedroom and basement. There is another cable in the room we want as our office and I suspect that it will work with another provider. I checked Qwest and Comcast.
The Cox cable guy said that cable coming out of the wall in our intended office was an entirely different cable, though it is clearly the same thing. Do you think it is a reasonable guess that it would work for another internet provider?
