I live in S.America and look for a serious PhD in Business, but cannot spend 4 or 5 years living in USA. 2 years would be ok, and after that I could seldom travel to USA but most of the time be in my country. Do american universities normally allow this? I am computer engineer (bacc +5 years) and MBA.
