What business employ under 16s?

I'm 15 and I'd like a weekend job, but don't really know where to ask. I don't really fancy going round all the little shops in my town (but beggars can't be choosers I guess), so I was wondering if any stores in shopping centres and stuff employ under 16s. I've asked a few like Burton and HMV but they all say over 16.
