What Budgets do UK TV Channels have for Programmes?

Does anyone know how much of a budget do TV companies have to spend on programmes
EG-
How much does ITV1 spend on programmes

and other channels like- ITV2, Channel 4, Five, Sky One, BBC1, BBC2, BBC3, GOLD, Dave, Virgin 1 etc.
Im asking about their budget for programes not overall budget.
