This is after I get a job where I can pay for my horse all by myself. =)
I am going to do barrel racing, and be serious about learning it. I want to compete in shows (or events! Still not sure what it's called), ect., ect., I was thinking about a Quarter Horse or a Paint Horse. Is there an other breed that does good in barrels? I don't think Tango will get me far in Barrel Racing, since he is already thirteen-fourteen years old. How old should the horse I buy be? Should I try and get one trained in Barrels already, or get a three year old and start from scratch with a trainer?
This is if I live that long, 2012 is getting closer.
