What brands of 120 film are c-41? Or are all of them c-41?

I'm buying two LOMO cameras and they both take 120 film. My local developer says they only take c-41 film but I can't find any online and I don't know if the LOMO website sells c-41 they don't say whether they do or not.

All color negative film uses C-41 processing. Some black & white films (Kodak BW400 and Ilford XP-2) are C-41 process as well.

I think most films these days are c-41. Anything that goes in an ordinary lab is. kodacolor and all its variations, Agfacolor, kodak's newer b&w films (NOT tri-x and the other pans, but the t-grain films)

And I'm not sure if any of the slide films will go through c-41 and come out looking normal.

You should try that, though, just for kicks! it is REALLY funny how it comes out...shoot a roll of some sore of e-6 film, and send it through the c-41 processor. Won't damage anything, and if you are not shooting to GET slides, you will enjoy the results. It works best if YOU are doing the processing.

I did it once by accident! It came out really bizarre! Not quite like printing negative slides, but entirely wierd!

All colour negative film is processed in C-41, Colour transparency film is processed in E-6 and of course all black and white film (except for special C-41 compatible film .... see lensman's comments) can only be processed in black and white chemistry.
