What brand of Truck Stereo / CD Player would be good for my 1998 GMC Sierra Truck ?

I have a 1998 GMC Sierra Pick-up truck with only 89,000 miles on it and I want to replace the orginal AM/FM Radio and Cassette Player I have in the dash ! ( YUK ! )..........

Any suggestions / ideas on specific brand names / model #'s etc. of what AM/FM Stereo System with a nice CD Player combo. that I could put into my truck ?

Any ideas of who / where could install this for me ? I live in Selinsgrove, PA 17870.

Any ideas of $$$$ ??? What is the best way to take the old one out of the dash ?
