What brand of tire is reputable for having rims put on them?? for example....?

I am wanting to put low profile tires (18's) on my car. I want a tire that is durable because there are some bad roads I have to take to and from work each day and do not want a blow out. My car is a 2007 accord and want either black or chrome rims. I know bridgestones are great tires but heard they dont specialize on rims. Any advice?
 
Too many variables.

Low profile's are not best for bumpy roads- not enough side wall for flexing to take the hits

Tire pressure is extremely important for bumpy roads. Not enough will damage the sidewall faster when the rim cuts into it.

Durable? That is a can of worms- everyone has a different idea?
