i have a 2002 honda civic, 4 door, and i have a cassette ipod hookup with stock speakers and deck. i need an upgrade. i want to spend between $300-$450. i've done a little research and i found that Alpine offers some high quality speakers at decent prices. And Pioneer has some good decks. i dont think i need a sub cuz i think i can get the bass i want with just some nice speakers, plus i prob cant afford it. so i want 4 speakers and a new deck with aux ipod capabilities.(no touch screens). im looking to buy the new speakers at good price, and have them installed by Best Buy. when i turn the volume up in my car now, the bass becomes fuzzy and drains out everything else, and the music doesn't really get louder or produce more quality sound, it just makes more noise. I want speakers that can produce clear crisp powerful bass and also not fade out when i want to pump up the volume.

What brand speakers/ decks would be best for what i want.???? are the less expensive sony decks worth looking at.??
i dont care about controlling the ipod through the front deck, id rather control it with the ipod itself. so, will using the front aux port with a headphone cord connected to the ipod work(produce good sound)? or will i have to get in installed through the back of the head unit?? my friend has it connected through the back of his head unit. but to change the song you either have to take forever scrolling through with buttons, or unplug the ipod and find it using the ipod. i dont want to have to unplug it everytime i want to change a song. just direct control of ipod through front without extra installation.
