I'm taking 3 AP courses this year and I wanted to buy review books for my classes. I took an AP class last year and I never bought a book because I didn't really care about the subject I knew I would fail. This year I'm taking AP Statistics, AP Macro Economics, and AP Government. I looked online for books the prices are pretty close together like $15 max for a book. The problem is there is like a million different review companies out there and I don't know which one would help the best. When I took my SAT I had Princeton Review classes and for ACT I had Mcgraw-Hill. They were ok. I just had one book so I didn't really know if the other companies were any better. I heard Kaplan is really good but I have no idea. If you guys took the AP exams with a certain book and you think it really helps and it's not one of these then just tell me I'll look for that too. The top brands I'm looking at is Barron's, Kaplan, Mcgraw-Hill, 5 Steps to a 5, and Princeton Review. I heard Barron sucks, it just gives a lot of info and doesn't help so I'm not really sure about that one. There's another brand called CliffsAP I've never heard of this; is it any good? Thanks in advance =]
