What books would you recommend reading?

Ive never really been into books but im getting more into reading.
I loved The Lovely Bones and Where the Heart Is. I also like the Harry Potter series and Speak was a great book.

Any books or series you could recommend. I here Crank and Go Ask Alice are really good.
