I am taking the SAT shortly and I've read in almost every SAT book that reading books will expand your vocabulary. However, I don't understand how. That has been my last resort at memorizing vocab words because i think its too time consuming and doesnt work. I've done every other method such as flashcards and the old rote memory. But i really want to try reading good books that can do that.. any recommendations of books that expand you SAT vocab or other ways of doing so...
