what body parts can internal bleeding come from

Internal bleeding can come from different organs--your stomach (cause is usually bleeding ulcer), your intestines (large or small), your liver (usually some type of blunt force trauma will cause this), spleen (again trauma would case this) ovaries (ectopic pregnacy). These are the first one I can think of.

I hope this answer your question--I am anticipating another question from you, like do you think that you may have some internal bleeding?

I just saw engineer1961 reply when I posted mine--I agree with her, if you in fact think that you have internal bleeding than you should be heading directly to an emergency room and inform the triage nurse that you believe that you are bleeding internally.

I agree! Internal bleeding is a life-threatening situation.

I have experienced it twice, once from a bicycle accident, where my abdomen was impaled by my handlebars, and once from an ectopic pregnancy. Both were VERY VERY painful, and required immediate surgery to fix.

If you have any reason to think you are bleeding internally, seek immediate medical help. Best wishes to you, I hope this helps.
