What bike should I get?

I want to have:
-drop handlebars
-disc brakes
-at least 24 gears
-enough space between the front tire and the pedals that I can do a sharp turn and still pedal (couldn't with last bike)
-can install a pannier rack to the frame
-can install fenders

Any suggestions?
